The response to the article in the Wall Street Journal (see link below) has increased my customer base to the point that I am full-time just sharpening my regular customers, my local chef's and restaurants and my repeat mail in customers. Thank you for your interest. Blair
Repeat customers whom have my safe shipping box I am still happy to sharpen your knives but please do not ship them to me using the Red PRP FedEx label. I am asking you to ship your knives to me whichever way is best for you and I will ship them back via FedEx Ground.
Please print out the Instruction Page and the Order Form (left side) and follow the new shipping and Order Form guidelines.
Repeat customers please feel free to share your box with friends and family. I am not sending out any new boxes so as to be able to control the total number of boxes in circulation not the number of families or the number of times a box is used during the year. I love sharpening your knives and hope to continue even with these changes for years to come.
I am taking on no new customers now, for this I am sorry but building a bigger business doesn't
always make it better. I am a hands on small shop sharpening service
with high standards and wish to remain that way.
